Kansas Supreme Court Strikes Down Ban on 'Gruesome' Dismemberment Abortions

The Kansas Supreme Court ruled Friday blocking a 2015 ban on dismemberment abortions. The decision prevents the state from enforcing a previously passed law that greatly limited second-trimester abortions.
