Faith-Based Adoption Agency Catches a Break as NY Officials Try to Shut It Down

The US Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit has issued an emergency order that temporarily stopped New York state officials from trying to shut down a faith-based adoption provider for its religious beliefs.
