'An Answered Prayer': Federal Appeals Court Panel Reinstates Texas Law Banning Most Abortions

A federal appeals court panel restored the Texas abortion law late Friday, just two days after a judge ordered to temporarily suspend the bill. The pro-life measure bans nearly all procedures once a fetal heartbeat is detected around six weeks of pregnancy.
